I want to start off by thanking each and every one a lot for there patience with the recent egopay issues.
As you may or may not know, we had to disable instant withdrawals for EgoPay, as well as temporarily stop processing EgoPay withdrawals.
This was due to an issue on EgoPay's end which was causing multiple payouts when someone withdrew. Luckily we caught this in time and had we not restricted these payments while we fixed it this could have been damaging.
Fortunately we were able to come up with a solution to help prevent this in the future and we were able to turn Instant Withdrawals back on.
You will only be able to withdraw once per hour now. So please keep this in mind if your trying to perform multiple withdrawals.
Also, we disabled the cancel withdrawal button for EgoPay. This was put there for convenience if your withdrawal ever goes pending. In light of the recent issues we thought it best to remove this feature.
We appreciate everyone who supported us during this time, you are all amazing.

We had small technical issue with software caused by overloading of the server, almost 100% of data is already recovered and we will restore some records within next 24 hours. We would like to inform you that, due to the holiday season, we have a few non-trading days ahead of us. December 24th, 25th and 31st as well as January the 1st will be non-trading. Withdraws will be processed as usual, and we will be there, as always, to work on your tickets, but there will not be any profit distribution on those days.
It was our intent to carry on through the season working, but we were unable to circumvent the non-working days for the banks and the exchangers.
We must note that, as far as internal exchangers go, the exchange rates are variable so you should be paying attention to them whenever doing an exchange. We are pushing for better rates, and have already succeeded in cutting down some of the costs, for all possible exchanges.
We are also updating our FAQ with answers to questions we often receive in tickets, so take a look at it every now and then.

Dear investors! We received a lot of complaints that people didn't receive profit on Monday. We kindly ask everyone to follow the news on the website on such days instead of complaining in public resources. Also there were some pending Liberty Reserve withdrawals on these days, we had to replace Liberty Reserve account number that we use for processing withdrawals and our programmers could set it up only by Monday afternoon. Once they did it, we started processing pending Liberty Reserve withdrawals and most of them were processed within minutes and by this moment everyone got paid. Almost whole Benson Union team was on away due to weekend and holidays because thats not weekdays and we hope for understanding because everyone needs to have a rest after hard trading week. Dear friends, it has come to our attention that some of our customers became concerned with our latest maintenance continuation and erroneous account status change for a group of our clients. Please find below an official explanation of reasons behind both instances:
1. There is a group of blocked accounts which were erroneously blocked by an automated script that was tested in the beginning of August and apparently has failed to perform properly. Script was designed to automatically secure in account in the event of multiple suspicious login attempts. During this maintenance we have identified the problem, addressed it and it is now being solved.
2. Since we were forced to perform extended maintenance, we saw an opportunity to add some of the additional features that were pending to be added to the website. As the web site appears shortly, you will discover Credit Card Funding option (available ONLY to a verified users), along with other minor improvements and enhancements.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this maintenance may have brought to you and would like to assure you that both issues are addressed in a timely manner and currently being worked on around the clock for the quickest and safest resolution. During this final stage of maintenance we are identifying erroneously blocked accounts and updating their statuses to "normal". This is a long and tedious process so your patience is appreciated. While we are doing everything possible to bring the system back faster, these processes make take an additional up to 2-4 days to complete.
Any other explanation of this maintenance that you may come across online in various online forums is inaccurate or simply put - false and misleading.
